Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management, including localisation and translation, ensuring content supports marketing and trading priorities.
Use data (Mixpanel, GA, GSC) to identify opportunities and support ongoing site performance improvements.
Continually identify, test, and implement improvements to the digital customer journey and lifecycle marketing communications.
Manage on-page optimisation, content publishing, and collaboration with our SEO agency.
Create briefs for onsite campaigns and turn insights into continuous experimentation.
Work with various teams to navigate competing priorities and ensure brand alignment across the digital experience.
Requirements
2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (travel or hospitality experience is a plus)
Strong experience in content management (CMS/DXP platforms like Kentico) and basic HTML/CSS
Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA) and an understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience managing localisation and translation
Commercial mindset with a focus on conversion and customer value
Ambitious and hungry to learn, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and collaborate effectively across different teams
Fluent in English, with strong skills in written communication and copywriting.
