Responsibilities
You will further develop our marketing strategy — data-driven, creative, and focused on our growth objectives
You manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) and test new approaches
You are responsible for our content planning, campaigns, and creative assets — together with our creative team
You work closely with our marketing consultant (award-winning founder), sales, and executive management
You analyze KPIs and continuously optimize our performance marketing activities
You further develop our brand presence and ensure visibility — nationally and internationally
Requirements
Fluent in German with a very good command of English
You have experience in marketing — ideally in digital environments or e-commerce
You love both strategy and execution — from concept to analysis
You think entrepreneurially, work self-organized, and have a hands-on mentality
You have experience with common marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Figma, CRM systems, and various AI tools such as Claude Code)
