About the role

  • Customer Service role at Sternglas managing inquiries via email, phone, and social media. Assisting customers with products and ensuring smooth return and complaint processes.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support across all channels: You respond to customer inquiries and tickets through our system via e‑mail, phone, chat, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Solution-oriented advice: You provide assistance on all matters related to watches and support customers with questions about functionality, care and selection.
  • Returns, complaints and payment issues: You process returns and complaints and ensure smooth handling.
  • Product and order information: You inform customers about our products, current offers and their orders, thereby strengthening trust in our brand.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service: You have experience in customer service, ideally from e‑commerce or call-centre environments.
  • Interest in watches: Experience in retail, especially in jewellery, is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training in watch technology.
  • Structured working style: You work in a structured way and maintain an overview even during high volumes of inquiries.
  • Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and communicate clearly and solution-focused — both in writing and verbally.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German and good English to communicate with our international customers and the global Sternglas community.
  • Team spirit and problem-solving mindset: You are a team player with an open, solution-oriented attitude.
