About the role

Projektkoordinator TGA HKLS role leading projects in building technology at STF Energy. Responsible for project coordination, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring project quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities

In this position you will act as Project Coordinator, Building Services (TGA) – HVAC & Plumbing (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HVAC and plumbing.
You take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure the implementation of client requirements and steer the project team.
You are the primary point of contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and other project stakeholders.
You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and consistently keep quality assurance measures in focus.

You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally, you have gained experience across the relevant trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
Degree in an engineering discipline – ideally focusing on building services, energy supply/building technology or a comparable subject – OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership.
You demonstrate respectful conduct and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
To guarantee optimal communication between all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
