About the role

  • eData Client Services Project Manager collaborating with legal teams to deliver client solutions in eDiscovery. Involves project management and quality control in litigation support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise & Case Consultation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on discovery-related matters
  • Offer guidance on search term logic and use of advanced technology
  • Model responsiveness and high-touch client support
  • Lead QC for all deliverables including search terms and processing work
  • Develop project plans and ensure timelines are met
  • Support Business Development & Financial Management Goals
  • Collaborate globally across firm departments and practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery consulting
  • At least two years in a multi-office law firm or alternative legal service provider
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-stakes, detail-heavy environments
  • Strong communication skills to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships
  • A data-driven mindset to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Results-oriented with strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, discretion, and responsiveness
  • Technical expertise including Microsoft Office Suite, Aspera, Beyond Compare, CaseNotebook, TrueCrypt, and RelOne.
