Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and consolidate the flow of multiple requests and workstreams within the area.
- Coordinate project workstream planning; execute and monitor tasks in accordance with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and profiles, ensuring integration and synergy among teams for alignment and execution of activities.
- Ensure project governance and adherence to cadences with all stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and executive reports; communicate milestones and status to stakeholders.
- Update schedules; manage activities and dependencies.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and meet expected quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement, assisting teams in identifying opportunities.
- Create and track project, quality, performance, and resilience KPIs.
- Facilitate alignment between teams.
- Orchestrate activities across different teams and business units.
- Lead operational status meetings and present project status to the Executive Committee.
- Ensure activities proceed as planned and implement action plans when adjustments are required.
- Continuously update the project plan, schedule, documentation, and reports.
- Participate in technical meetings to influence teams in identifying opportunities, risks, or dependencies that need alignment with other business units.
- Monitor operations related to the project's workstreams.
- Perform financial control.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex projects and preparing executive reports;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset;
- Consultative profile with initiative and proactivity to drive improvements and collaboratively solve problems;
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification or a specialization in Project Management.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master and/or Product Owner).
- ITIL certification.
- COBIT certification.
- Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow.
- Experience with dashboard tools: advanced MS Excel, Power BI.
- Knowledge of:
- Software development and application lifecycle.
- DevSecOps.
- Cloud.
- GenAI (concepts and applications in projects).
