About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of corporate projects by tracking performance indicators, proposing adjustments together with responsible stakeholders, and preparing executive status reports;
- Support governance of the Group's strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
- Assist in structuring and maintaining the corporate project portfolio by consolidating information and providing visibility to senior leadership;
- Support the organization of strategic planning meetings, recording decisions in meeting minutes, and tracking execution of assigned tasks;
- Maintain smooth communication among teams involved in projects, promoting integration and alignment;
- Control and update historical and current project records, ensuring traceability and consistency of information in internal systems;
- Provide support to departments in managing their project portfolios, contributing best practices and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Proven experience in corporate project management, preferably in multidisciplinary environments;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus;
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar);
- Ability to prepare executive reports and management presentations;
- Analytical and organized profile with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs) and monitoring methodologies is desirable.
