About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various mobile network projects with a focus on rollouts
- Proactively drive rollout projects based on customer-relevant specifications and data
- Conduct targeted deep dives with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
- Early detection and removal of blocking points in the rollout process
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in the rollout process and lead review meetings
- Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports and lessons learned
- Hold regular coordination meetings and calls with the client and involved teams
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or a degree (e.g., communications engineering, telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
- Proven experience managing complex mobile network projects
- Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollouts)
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented demeanor, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- High willingness to travel (e.g., up to 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf) as agreed with the client
- Very good written and spoken German
