Responsibilities
The IS CAO reports to Investment Services Chief of Staff, and plays a critical role in the daily management of any and all administrative aspects of Investment Services Organization (IS).
Responsible for all daily support to IS businesses to execute against its strategic and tactical initiatives, providing operational and administrative leadership at the heart of the organization.
Acts as representative / proxy for the IS Chief of Staff or the Head of IS on necessary committees.
Manages key strategic messaging to all partners, in conjunction with Internal Communication partners.
Responsible for leading critical strategic initiatives, including the expense saving initiatives and the headcount budget and approval process.
Manages the administration, scheduling, and content coordination / creation for all standard senior executive forums for which the Unit Head is the lead or chair.
Manages strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
18+ years significant relevant business experience; extensive BU experience within CAO, business management or strategy functions, with prior experience in consultancy, business analysis or project delivery
Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field, with professional qualification (e.g CPA, CFA, ACCA) strongly preferred
Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Services business; prior experience in the business a plus
Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders to strengthen organizational performance and elevate operational excellence
Strong project management, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills and highly financially literate
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word and a familiarity with the application of AI tools including Copilot
