Responsibilities
- Lead and develop large, multi‑disciplinary teams across Transfer Agency, Fund Order Services, and Data Operations, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on client outcomes, accountability, and risk excellence.
- Define and execute the Poland location strategy in alignment with global operating models and corporate objectives, including location strategy and follow‑the‑sun delivery where applicable.
- Own and enhance the client and investor service experience across TA, Fund Order Services, and Data Operations.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all client, investor, and data deliverables.
- Drive the AI and productivity agenda for TA, FOS and Data Operations units in Poland.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external obligations applicable to Transfer Agency, Fund Order Services, and Data Operations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in managing Transfer Agency operations, complemented by strong exposure to Fund Order Services and/or Data Operations.
- Proven senior leadership experience within financial services, fund administration, and investment operations, 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Transfer Agency and Fund Order Services operating models, regulatory frameworks and risk management principles applicable to funds and investor services.
- Experience leading large teams in a global, matrixed environment.
