Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across STACK EMEA, combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on delivery
Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency
Oversee recruitment governance, approve hiring requests, and ensure alignment with workforce plans, budgets, and organisational priorities
Translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment strategies and timelines
Support the HR team and hiring managers in building direct hiring capability and optimising ATS use
Manage external recruitment partners to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency
Optimise Greenhouse ATS operations across EMEA, including system implementation, user adoption, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance
Provide clear recruitment and workforce data to support executive decision-making
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting in one or more of: data centres & digital infrastructure, construction, energy & utilities, telecommunications
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including operational management, system implementation, and integration
Demonstrated success improving recruitment quality, speed, and efficiency, with measurable results
Experience leading or contributing to workforce planning and capacity management.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growth, evolving environment, and willing to travel across Europe when needed
