About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives
- Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs

- Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions
- Help manage logistics, communications, and materials for global learning sessions
- Support administration of core learning platforms and programs
- Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and success metrics
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
- Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus)
- Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment
- Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry
