Responsibilities
**What will you be doing in this role?**
Elicitation of business requirements.
Analysis of Business requirements.
Design and Development of traditional PowerPoint and online multilingual training packages.
Create online trainings from scratch.
Translate the business requirements into story boards and scenario.
Design and Creation of user documentation.
Maintain relevant documentation of business requirements in dedicated tool (Jira / wiki).
Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters, project and Security Plans.
Maintain contact with all stakeholders (business owners, users, development team).
Provide instructor-led training.
Perform testing activities (functional testing, user acceptance testing).
Requirements
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
Master’s degree in IT with minimum 9 years of professional experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 13 years of experience).
Proven experience in online training creation from A to Z.
Experience with AI tools to generate online training contents.
Experience with elaboration of online multilingual training packages.
Familiar with large organisation administrative business processes.
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
Good writing skills: documentation is part of the tasks.
Ability to provide classroom instructor led training as well as online training using MS Teams.
Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
