Senior Manager for Marketing Operations at SpringWorks Therapeutics supporting commercial success of rare tumor medications. Overseeing budget management, print operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, measure, and drive continuous improvement of National POAs, print and fulfillment operations, budget management, and centralization of resources for the Rare Tumor Commercial Team.
Support three separate brands teams making up two therapeutic areas to support the commercial success of the business unit.
Involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving, and project management skills.
Become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with marketing, sales, market access, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and professional organizations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including at least 2 years in Marketing Operations and/or project management
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and promotional regulations; experience in high‑risk contracting environments
Proven project and vendor management skills, including budgeting, prioritization, logistics, and performance oversight
Ability to lead national POA planning (preferred), with experience in sourcing, procurement, or meeting management
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
Operates with urgency, efficiency, flexibility, and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
Experience in oncology and/or rare diseases and product launches (preferred)
Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing; track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
Ability to travel occasionally 50% travel required; including overnight stay driven by business need.
This position must be able to work East Coast hours.
