Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team, specifically within Demand Generation
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving marketing ROI
Analyze marketing campaign performance and develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze paid media campaign performance (LinkedIn Ads and digital channels) to improve targeting, cost efficiency, and pipeline generation
Optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows, including account targeting, lead list development, and campaign alignment to improve audience relevance and engagement
Apply insights from campaign and audience data to refine targeting strategies and improve customer acquisition effectiveness
Support A/B testing initiatives and campaign experimentation to evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness
Leverage AI and data analysis tools to enhance marketing insights, automate reporting, and identify new optimization opportunities
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an MBA program
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business analytics
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, paid media, or campaign analytics preferred)
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
