Responsibilities
Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline.
Draft and coordinate with external writers, PMMs, and subject matter experts to produce blog posts, case studies, competitive content, and email copy on schedule.
Own SEO and AEO execution - publishing optimized content, managing technical SEO updates, building internal links, and monitoring rankings.
Build and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletter sends, event promotion emails, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
Own the Abacum marketing website in Framer.
Publish new pages, update existing content, manage landing pages for campaigns.
Own PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and marketing reporting.
Manage lead routing, lead scoring, email workflows, form management, and CRM hygiene.
Maintain server-side tracking, UTM conventions, and campaign tracking.
Admin for marketing tech stack including Framer, PostHog, HubSpot, Semrush, Screaming Frog, AirOps, Stape, and related tools.
Requirements
3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with experience across both content production and marketing operations.
Strong HubSpot experience (workflows, lead scoring, email automation, reporting).
Comfortable with website CMS platforms (Framer, Webflow, WordPress).
Working knowledge of analytics tools — PostHog, GA4, or similar.
