Responsibilities
Independently manage and oversee all central HR administrative processes end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, maintenance of employee data, contract management, and legally required documentation
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all HR operations tasks
Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees on operational HR matters
Maintain clear, structured HR processes and documentation
Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or gaps and independently develop solutions
Contribute to keeping HR operations scalable as the company grows
Requirements
1–3 years' experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or demonstrable operational responsibility in other contexts (e.g., other operational roles, hospitality shift supervision, university activities, volunteer organizations)
Very strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to own recurring processes independently, reliably, and on schedule
Strong task management, especially for critical topics such as payroll and contract management
High reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Technical affinity and experience working with systems; willingness to set up processes efficiently and as automated as possible
Ability to independently research answers and find pragmatic solutions
