- Design and implement comprehensive operational risk frameworks and controls to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across critical business processes

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance risk management workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing technology infrastructure
- Deliver operational resilience plans and related annual testing

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field with 3-5 years of operational risk management experience
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks such as Basel III, COSO, or similar regulatory standards
- Experience with risk management platforms and tools such as GRC solutions (ServiceNow, Archer, or MetricStream), risk analytics software, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel for risk data manipulation and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting risk findings to senior management and cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), or similar risk management credentials (optional)
- Experience with emerging technologies including AI/ML applications in risk management, process automation tools, or advanced analytics platforms (optional)
