Responsibilities
Leverage data-driven insights combined with deep customer and market intelligence to anticipate customer needs and ensure marketing initiatives deliver exceptional customer-centricity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Research to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Measure campaign effectiveness through comprehensive analytics and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. A degree in Marketing would be an advantage but not essential.
Experience: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 7 years of experience in sales or revenue/demand generation roles with deep knowledge of the sales funnel.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
AI: Experience with AI tools which may be leveraged for marketing purposes.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation. Communicates with authenticity and clarity and acts upon data-informed intuition.
Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across departments, including sales, product development, and senior leadership.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. You will demonstrate the ability to make difficult decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
