Responsibilities
Support the Senior CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM and lifecycle campaigns (e.g., email, WhatsApp)
Contribute to data-driven customer journeys to increase engagement, retention, and growth
Gain deep insights into CRM marketing at Sonova
Create marketing copy for different audiences and channels
Quality assurance and performance tracking of ongoing campaigns
Work closely with Performance Marketing, Content, and Data & Analytics
Requirements
Enrolled student in communications, business, or humanities — comparable degree programs are also welcome
Meticulous and able to work independently
Analytical mindset — able to derive concrete actions from data
Team player with high initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Open to new things, eager to learn, and curious
Very good written and spoken German and English
