About the role
- Regional Manager overseeing a team of Hearing Care Coordinators to ensure exceptional patient care. Leading initiatives and supporting the team in Florida's healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee support a team of dedicated and compassionate Hearing Care Coordinators (HCCs)
- Ensure patients receive exceptional care and service
- Provide guidance and support to the HCCs within the region
- Motivate and mentor the HCCs for local events
- Review and ensure accuracy in regional collections and transactions
- Supervise clinic inventory control processes
- Oversee the insurance process and proper completion of patient Benefit Checks
- Monitor and evaluate transactional compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ Years in a health care environment is preferred
- Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship building skills with customers, physicians, clinical staff
- Experience with multiple EMR systems is a plus (RBS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to exhibit empathy
