About the role

  • Customer Education Manager empowering users at Shiftmove. Driving product adoption and creating educational content in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Adoption: Design and deploy educational pathways that turn new users into power users and reduce friction in the customer journey.
  • Content Production: Create high-impact resources (guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and documentation) that are clear, engaging, and always up to date.
  • Internal Enablement: Own the onboarding and continuous training for Shiftmove employees, ensuring our teams are experts on the tools they sell and support.
  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Structure and optimize content for internal knowledge bases and AI-driven support tools to boost operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Launch Support: Partner with Product, CS, and Support teams to deliver educational content for every new feature and product release.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Customer Education, Enablement ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, video editing tools, and documentation software.
  • Native-level French with strong professional English (we are a multi-entity, international group).
