Execute Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country
Price management
Facilitate the country IBP Portfolio Review
Determines local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers
Supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialist
Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
Between 3 to 6 years marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Strategic pricing understanding
Master of Business Administration (MBA) (additional qualification)
Experience in marketing and product management/or development working in a healthcare or medical device environment
Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, analytical and Marketing skills
Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing others.
