Responsibilities
Manejar consultas entrantes de alcance y complejidad moderados dentro de las áreas de servicio al cliente, como manejo de cuentas, ventas adicionales, resolución de problemas de clientes, soporte a consultas de clientes, analítica de servicio al cliente.
Interactuar con individuos como pacientes, familiares, médicos, instalaciones de enfermería especializada y otros profesionales de la salud, mejorando la experiencia de nuestros clientes con sus necesidades de atención médica.
Liderar llamadas de pacientes, médicos y otros empleados de las instalaciones con consultas y solicitudes sobre NPWT.
Implementar pensamiento crítico para analizar la solicitud de los llamantes y determinar los próximos pasos.
Determinar la mejor solución para nuestros clientes basado en directrices y experiencia.
Soportar otros flujos de trabajo dentro de la organización proporcionando la información correspondiente a los llamantes o redirigiendo al equipo correcto.

Requirements
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) C1.
Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación - con horario, procesos de trabajo y prioridades.
Experiencia con aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Word, Excel y Outlook.
