Responsibilities
Make initial contact with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, presenting the company and identifying needs
Qualify leads according to established criteria
Schedule meetings for sales consultants, ensuring information is updated in the calendar and CRM
Record all interactions in the CRM, keeping history, status, and next steps organized
Monitor incoming leads from campaigns, events, or forms
Filter and forward internal requests received through the commercial inbox
Support the preparation of activity, conversion, and KPI reports for the area
Work in partnership with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns
Requirements
Located in São José dos Campos, Jacareí, Caçapava, or nearby cities
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in commercial routines
Desired knowledge of CRM systems (RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience as an SDR, in customer service, or commercial support
Experience working with targets and prospecting routines
