Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of daily contacts while maintaining organization, pace and quality of service.

Use outreach, persuasion and relationship-building techniques to qualify leads and move opportunities forward in the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns and lead profiles.
Monitor basic performance metrics (contacts, responses, conversions and follow-ups) to optimize daily sales routines.
Maintain a professional demeanor, commercial energy and focus on continuous learning, seeking constant growth in a sales career.
Requirements
Preferably experience in sales, especially in dynamic environments and with direct customer service (preferably premium retail or high-value brands).
Strong communication skills, argumentation and the ability to build rapport with different customer profiles.
Organization and discipline to manage volume of contacts, follow-ups and sales routines.
Comfort and familiarity with digital tools such as CRM, WhatsApp and social media.
Curious profile, eager to learn, develop and build a career in sales.
Experience in retail sales.
Experience with CRM and sales tools (such as HubSpot and similar platforms).
Participation in sales processes for higher-ticket or value-added products/services.
Interest in sales methodologies and professional development in the commercial area.
