Responsibilities

  • Make initial contact and engage potential clients through digital channels (WhatsApp, social media and CRM), ensuring a fast, close and personalized experience.
  • Conduct commercial conversations focused on understanding each lead’s context, needs and timing, directing them to the best solution.
  • Handle a high volume of daily contacts while maintaining organization, pace and quality of service.
  • Record interactions, information and progress in the CRM, ensuring an updated and reliable history.
  • Use outreach, persuasion and relationship-building techniques to qualify leads and move opportunities forward in the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns and lead profiles.
  • Monitor basic performance metrics (contacts, responses, conversions and follow-ups) to optimize daily sales routines.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, commercial energy and focus on continuous learning, seeking constant growth in a sales career.

Requirements

  • Preferably experience in sales, especially in dynamic environments and with direct customer service (preferably premium retail or high-value brands).
  • Strong communication skills, argumentation and the ability to build rapport with different customer profiles.
  • Organization and discipline to manage volume of contacts, follow-ups and sales routines.
  • Comfort and familiarity with digital tools such as CRM, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Curious profile, eager to learn, develop and build a career in sales.
  • Experience in retail sales.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (such as HubSpot and similar platforms).
  • Participation in sales processes for higher-ticket or value-added products/services.
  • Interest in sales methodologies and professional development in the commercial area.
