Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis and align it with current initiatives;
Monitor the implementation of plans defined in QBP or BP;
Create tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of specified actions;
Propose targets for initiatives;
Lead processes to ensure correct execution of the plans;
Present interim and final results of initiatives to regional and corporate teams;
Monitor the proper use of proposed funds;
Propose monitoring frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of the consumer goods market and/or market dynamics;
Experience in Trade and/or market intelligence.
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Project Management, or Commercial areas;
Proficiency in Power BI;
Technical knowledge of UXT and AP systems;
Intermediate English;
Experience with market activities, shopper analysis, and performance/results analysis.
