About the role

  • Sales Representative acquiring new customers for the Security Awareness training platform. Focused on lead qualification, sales calls, and CRM management for growth.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition & lead qualification → You identify potential customers and schedule strategy meetings.
  • Phone-based scheduling of sales calls → You contact prospects and ensure an efficient sales process.
  • CRM management → You use Close to manage customer interactions.
  • Advising customers on Security Awareness, including implementing certain awareness measures (you'll learn this with us).

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and customer management → You already have experience in sales, including telephone-based new customer acquisition.
  • Communicative personality → You are articulate and can interact professionally with customers and partners.
  • Self-confidence & ambition → You give it your all and want to achieve real results.
  • CRM knowledge → Experience with systems like Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • 100% availability → We are looking for someone who will dedicate themselves FULL-TIME to this role.
