Technical Support Specialist providing remote assistance in complex solar systems for professional customers at SMA Benelux. Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and reporting.
Responsibilities
Provide remote technical assistance (telephone, email, online service center, remote tools) in complex solar and storage systems (error messages, breakdown, sunny portal) to professional customers (installers, distributors…)
Perform relevant diagnosis and remote recovery of failures and anomalies;
Use business applications for troubleshooting management and follow up on cases until resolution;
Contribute to regular reporting on activities
Regularly exchange with colleagues locally or even with colleagues in other subsidiaries.
Requirements
Completed industry-related technical training or comparable knowledge and experience
2 years of higher education in electrical engineering or electricity
Good knowledge of electricity and/or IT networks;
Residing in Belgium - Dutch or French mother tongue / bilingual / very good knowledge English
Outstanding communication and relational skills and aptitude for team-working;
Positive spirit, flexibility and good resistance to stress;
Ability to understand technical aspects related to the field of energy/photovoltaic management;
Analytical skills, organization, efficiency, autonomy, precision and reliability.
