Junior PR Executive supporting the in-house PR team for Skin + Me skincare brand. Collaborate with agencies and lead campaigns to build brand awareness in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Support the PR Manager in day-to-day communication with external PR agencies, helping to ensure alignment with brand objectives and smooth execution of campaigns.
Assist in the execution of PR campaigns, working closely with internal teams (e.g. product, creative and digital) and external partners to help deliver activity on time.
Manage smaller tasks or workstreams within PR projects, supporting timelines, budgets and quality standards under the guidance of the PR Manager.
Support the planning and delivery of press events, product launches and brand activations, assisting with logistics, coordination and on-the-day execution.
Support the PR Manager in the development and delivery of PR strategies, contributing ideas, research and insights where appropriate.
Help track campaign performance and PR coverage, maintaining trackers and supporting reporting by gathering data and summarising key learnings for the wider team.
Requirements
Ideally have 1–2 years’ experience in PR, communications or a related marketing role (agency or in-house).
Strong interest in skincare, beauty, wellness and consumer brands.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Proactive, curious and keen to learn.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines.
Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance and results.
