About the role
- AEM Business Analyst/Developer supporting a leading player in automotive financial services. Managing AEM solutions and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute specific tasks within Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with client requirement
- Provide design and engineering expertise to enable successful delivery of software artifacts by internal and external development team
- Contribute to the technical design of AEM architecture and establish best practices in compliance with internal IT standards and client specifications
- Design new interfaces and integrate existing ones with internal and external systems
- Deliver technical and functional support for the development of a vehicle offering platform, with autonomous planning and execution
- Drive service improvement initiatives in coordination with the client
- Create comprehensive documentation of functionalities and implementation details for internal application developers (including rollout documentation), using your own methodology and timeline
- Work from a client-provided ticket list using a pull-based approach, applying your own judgment for prioritization
- Prepare and deliver result presentations to the end customer/product owner independently
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer/Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Background in the automotive and/or financial services industry
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)– architecture, development, and best practices
- Experience with interface design and system integration
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- German language skills (advantageous but not mandatory)
