About the role

  • Senior Research Manager leading high-quality quantitative and mixed-method research for brands division in New York. Collaborate closely with clients to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management on smaller research projects and support delivery on larger studies
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact, responding to requests and managing expectations
  • Design and draft all core research materials, such as questionnaires, discussion guides
  • Analyse data and translate findings into clear, compelling insight and presentation decks
  • Present debriefs and results to clients
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Manage small-to-medium client relationships with accountability for delivery and growth
  • Support new business meetings, proposals, and costing for smaller projects

Requirements

  • Several years’ experience in the Consumer or Financial Services sector within a research agency environment
  • Significant agency experience using quantitative & qualitative market research methodologies
  • Ability to design a broad range of research materials and methodologies
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
