Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and continuous refinement of the organization’s IT strategy and multi‑year roadmap

- Effectively interact with CIDO, Classified IT, and Business leadership teams
- Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery

- Coordinate training programs and educational resources for CIDO services
- Drive and influence simplification improvements
- Identify systemic technical and service delivery challenges and coordinate solutions
- Develop, present, and obtain approvals for CIDO budgets and project plans
- Deliver leadership and highly effective collaboration across the Space Systems CIDO supporting initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people management/leadership, or program management experience
- Experience with all aspects of IT project management, including cost, risks, and schedule management
- Familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or experience as a liaison interfacing with large enterprise organizations
- Current DOD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum)
