About the role
- Planning and coordinating IT intervention tickets for Nîmes Métropole. Organizing schedules and ensuring user satisfaction with quality service.
Responsibilities
- Vous êtes en charge de la planification et de la coordination des tickets d’interventions informatiques
- Organiser et synchroniser les interventions informatiques
- Planifier, affecter et prioriser les tickets d’intervention
- Veiller à la satisfaction des utilisateurs, au respect des délais et à la qualité des prestations
- Élaborer et suivre le planning des équipes techniques et des prestataires
- Assurer le reporting de l’activité auprès du management et des chefs de projet
- Administrer et programmer le système de téléphonie (ToIP, lignes fixes, mobiles, ADSL)
- Ouvrir, suivre et coordonner les incidents auprès des prestataires téléphoniques
- Gérer les abonnements et la flotte mobile en situation de débordement
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée dans la planification d’interventions informatiques ou dans un service support IT
- Bonne connaissance de l’organisation d’une collectivité territoriale appréciée
- Capacité à assurer un reporting structuré et fiable
- Goût pour le travail d’équipe et la coordination multi‑acteurs
- Bac + 2
