About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping company-wide applications such as Microsoft 365 up to date and for their stable, secure operation.
- You are responsible for the rollout, configuration and administration of applications and for managing the corresponding external service providers.
- You advise colleagues across all departments on new features and workflows, as well as on expanding applications.
- You participate in IT projects and help optimize existing processes.
- Continuous documentation in the ticketing and knowledge base system (Jira / Confluence) is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, or alternatively a degree with an IT focus or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years' professional experience as an IT system administrator for on-premises infrastructure in a mid-sized company or in an IT service provider (system house).
- Solid knowledge in the installation, configuration and administration of servers and applications in Microsoft Windows environments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and its related apps.
- Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN).
- Experience with Linux and Apple (macOS) is desirable.
- Agile mindset.
- Good command of German and English.
- Reliable team player with a strong sense of quality, pragmatism and the ability to work independently.
