Responsibilities
Execute the employee onboarding process, ensuring deadlines and internal procedures are met;
Receive and review hiring requests and interview forms submitted by hiring departments;
Contact approved candidates to provide onboarding instructions and collect documentation;
Register candidates in internal systems and monitor the onboarding workflow;
Schedule and follow up on pre-employment medical examinations with occupational health clinics;
Verify mandatory documentation for hiring, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies;
Enter and update data in payroll systems and eSocial;
Prepare and manage onboarding documents, including employment contracts and other required agreements;
Support requests and control of badges, uniforms and access for new employees;
Update spreadsheets and internal controls related to the onboarding process;
Maintain organized filing of physical and digital documents for admitted employees;
Provide support to internal departments and answer candidates' and managers' questions about the onboarding process.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Excel and Office suite tools;
Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields;
Knowledge of Personnel/HR routines, especially hiring/onboarding processes;
Organized and detail-oriented, especially when checking documents and registrations;
Good communication skills for interacting with candidates, managers and internal departments;
Proactive in tracking deadlines and resolving issues in the onboarding process;
Responsible and discreet when handling employee information.
