About the role

  • Lead a team of IT technicians in Munich for a technology partner company. Provide support and develop IT infrastructure while overseeing operations and project leads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT technicians
  • Oversee team operations, tasks, and performance
  • Provide IT support to customers — both remotely and on-site
  • Act as the technical project lead for assigned clients
  • Advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects
  • Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft and Linux environments

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
  • Initial leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — particularly client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solution-oriented and service-minded approach to work
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and interacting with customers
  • Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
  • High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
  • Quick to grasp new topics and strong identification with the role
  • Languages: German: at least C1 level
  • English: at least B2 level
  • Education: Completed IT degree or an equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Industry experience: No specific industry experience required — solid IT administration practice is expected
