Responsibilities
Owning and prioritizing the backlog for our internal IT products, using your insight to make the right decisions for the business.
Ensuring the Signicat IT landscape is reliable, secure, and scalable for all employees.
Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues throughout the company to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
Translating business requirements and requests from across the company into clear, actionable items and deliverables for the IT team.
Championing and promoting better ways of working and leading the adoption of new tools and processes, with a constant focus on user experience and business value.
Requirements
Proven experience or potential: A track record as a Product Owner or IT Business Analyst, or a demonstrated passion and aptitude for the role.
Deep technical understanding: A solid grasp of IT systems, cloud services, and enterprise tools (like Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, Atlassian, etc.).
A collaborative spirit: A demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
A proactive and structured mindset: A talent for prioritization, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a drive to get things done.
Familiarity with modern ways of working: Comfort with Agile principles and IT service frameworks.
