About the role

  • Account Manager supporting international clients and digital gaming products for iLotto. Training provided with no prior experience required in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, building trust and positive relationships.
  • Learn all about our gaming and iLottery products and the company’s platform features.
  • Set up clients and products in our back‑office system with precision and care.
  • Support technical client onboarding, ensuring each launch runs smoothly.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the development team, translating client feedback into clear requirements.
  • Assist with training, testing, and troubleshooting within our systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of client setups and ongoing requests.

  • Excellent written and spoken English: clarity and professionalism are vital.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
  • Willingness to learn technical systems and product structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
