Responsibilities
Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents
Proactively contact customers who are current Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or extend their contracts
Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team
Requirements
Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred
Highly organised
