Responsibilities
Identify, develop and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with Modibodi’s values, positioning and audience
Execute partnerships end‑to‑end, from ideation and negotiation through to launch and evaluation
Manage PR agency relationships and build strong connections with media across key markets
Secure high‑quality earned media coverage and develop compelling press releases and media materials
Plan and deliver brand events, launches and activations, ensuring cultural relevance and strong execution
Support in‑market activity across Australia, the UK and Europe
Manage creator and influencer seeding programs, including identification, engagement and performance tracking
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, social, ecommerce, product and sales teams to support campaigns and key brand moments
Track performance, measure impact and share insights to inform future brand and marketing strategies
Requirements
3-5 years’ Experience in PR, partnerships and/or influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or youth‑focused brands
A strong network across media, creators or cultural platforms
Proven ability to deliver campaigns or partnerships from concept to completion
A deep understanding of Gen Z culture, trends and what resonates
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A proactive mindset with commercial awareness and a results‑focused approach
Experience working across UK or EU markets, managing PR agencies, or supporting events and experiential marketing will be highly regarded.
