Manage creative full-cycle recruitment strategies for assigned Associate, intern, and contractor positions
Facilitate Talent Acquisition presentations such as New Hire Orientation and interview training
Design and create professional job advertisements using Canva
Develop and support the Shure Intern Program through college recruitment
Assist in optimizing technologies for recruitment and ensure clean data and accurate reporting
Maintain awareness of industry and Company trends and support other HR functions and projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
0–2 years of recruiting or transferable best practices
Proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates
Previous experience and passion for creating graphic art, ideally using Canva
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy required; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
