Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles
Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR stakeholders
Drive proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent
Provide expert advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Leverage recruitment data and HR analytics to support decision-making
Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Act as an ambassador of the Group’s values and employer brand
Contribute to the Group’s talent acquisition transformation
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing strategies
Experience managing complex recruitment processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
Data-driven mindset with an interest in recruitment analytics
Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented approach
