Responsibilities
Support the organization and delivery of Training & Development (T&D) programs and events, both in-person and virtual;
Register courses, learning paths and development activities in the Training & Development platform (LMS);
Curate courses by researching, organizing, and updating the portfolio of internal and external training offerings;
Support management of the training matrix, keeping records of mandatory and development trainings up to date;
Provide logistical support for in-person events (attendance lists, materials, rooms, vendors, certificates);
Support remote events (attendance tracking, meeting links, assistance to participants and instructors);
Manage registrations, confirmations and communications related to trainings;
Assist in analyzing training reports such as attendance, hours, performance indicators and evaluations;
Update controls and reports in Excel, ensuring data accuracy;
Provide administrative support for T&D activities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in administrative T&D routines (preferred);
Basic knowledge of Training & Development;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet management, reports, basic formulas);
Comfortable using training systems and platforms (LMS);
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines;
