Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Implement strategies to meet clients' needs and increase their satisfaction
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Handle challenges and issues that may arise with accounts, finding effective solutions
  • Lead project progress, interacting with the project architecture team and providing guidance and strategy for business development
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as sales, marketing, production, and customer service, to meet client needs
  • Identify growth opportunities with clients, promoting additional products or services
  • Prepare account performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring clients are satisfied and willing to maintain long-term business relationships

Requirements
