Responsibilities
Become the trusted advisor in customer journey from Day1.
Drive overall customer satisfaction and ST product usage to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.
Provide onboarding training and regular training of ST products.
Provide in-depth market insight based on clients’ business pain point and ST market data, and educate the ROI of the use cases supported by ST data.
Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, and handle the communication with internal product and engineering teams on product optimization & bug fix.
Requirements
3 Years + relevant experience in a customer-facing role ( marketing/data analyst experience is a plus).
Must be willing to work 2-3 days a week from our Beijing office.
Self-starting attitude, ability to work in a small team to collaborate and drive retention/growth and solve complex client challenges.
Strong ability to build and leverage relationships and effectively within a complex customer organization, understanding the nuanced relationship and agenda between different business units.
Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
