About the role

  • Strategic Account Consultant managing customer engagement and retention for clients in APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Become the trusted advisor in customer journey from Day1.
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction and ST product usage to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.
  • Provide onboarding training and regular training of ST products.
  • Provide in-depth market insight based on clients’ business pain point and ST market data, and educate the ROI of the use cases supported by ST data.
  • Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, and handle the communication with internal product and engineering teams on product optimization & bug fix.

Requirements

  • 3 Years + relevant experience in a customer-facing role ( marketing/data analyst experience is a plus).
  • Must be willing to work 2-3 days a week from our Beijing office.
  • Self-starting attitude, ability to work in a small team to collaborate and drive retention/growth and solve complex client challenges.
  • Strong ability to build and leverage relationships and effectively within a complex customer organization, understanding the nuanced relationship and agenda between different business units.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Native Mandarin Speaker and fluent in English.
