Responsible for evolving and monetizing equipment rental solutions in a B2B environment at Vivo. Involves market study, business case development, and continuous improvement of performance metrics.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, evolving and monetizing device rental solutions integrated into Vivo’s portfolio (Smartphone Rental - HaaS). You will work end-to-end: from market research and business case development, to defining requirements, restructuring, go-to-market with Sales, including performance management (KPIs) and continuous improvement.
Structure the “as-a-service” model, value proposition and competitive positioning.
Define and prioritize the roadmap of improvements (product lifecycle, reverse logistics, maintenance, remote updates, contracts/SLA).
Conduct market, pricing and feasibility analyses (portfolio, margin, payback) for rental offers.
Work with engineering, operations and partners to ensure device availability, quality and security.
Support Sales in go-to-market (materials, pitch, training, bundles with connectivity/managed services).
Monitor and optimize KPIs (inventory turnover, churn, NPS, contribution margin).
Lead pilots/POCs with enterprise customers and consolidate learnings for scale.
Requirements

Solid experience in Product Management or Consulting, focused on rental and asset management of devices or managed services.
Experience preparing business cases, pricing, basic financial modeling and tracking operational indicators.
Technical and practical knowledge of devices, SLAs, reverse logistics and maintenance processes.
Ability to lead alignments and interact with multiple stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Commercial Planning, Logistics, Accounting and Manufacturing).
Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate degree preferred in: Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Finance.
Desired certifications: Apple Device Manager, Apple Deployment and Manager.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for detailed analyses and high-impact executive presentations.
Knowledge of Power BI and other automation and reporting tools.
Experience with digital products and familiarity with the Telecom market.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management.
Intermediate level of English or Spanish.
