Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, professional, and operational roles, including job postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Promote SENKO’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and recruitment marketing efforts.
Ensure adherence to internal recruitment protocols and employment laws
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide market insights.
Guide hiring managers during the recruitment process by coaching on interview techniques and selection practices
Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
Guiding new hires through the initial stages of the hiring process, which can include administrative tasks and introductions to the team
Participating in the onboarding process of new hires.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
3-5 years of experience of full life cycle of recruitment required, preferably in a manufacturing or technological environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and HR compliance
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
SHRM-CP a plus
