About the role

  • Product Owner collaborating between departments and development teams at Seminargo GmbH. Responsible for defining requirements, agile development, and ensuring technical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Product enhancements & backlog prioritization
  • Coordinate with business departments to gather requirements
  • Create clear user stories, epics & acceptance criteria
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure smooth communication between German- and English-speaking teams
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospective)
  • Perform testing & quality assurance before releases
  • Analyze and optimize technical processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Ability to quickly understand complex systems
  • Strong Scrum knowledge (e.g., CSPO, PSM I/II)
  • Proficient with Jira
  • Experience writing clear requirements (user stories, use cases; IREB/CPRE is a plus)
  • Basic technical understanding (at least one programming language)
