Responsibilities
- Communicate product vision and priorities to agile teams, with guidance from Product Manager or senior POs as needed.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize team output and business value.
- Define, document, and publish user stories and requirements in a timely manner.
- Provide clear, testable acceptance criteria and quickly resolve team questions.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Drive story decomposition to ensure work fits within a sprint and delivers measurable business value.
- Balance feature delivery with technical and quality improvements.
- Recommend process and quality enhancements.
- Share product and domain expertise with agile teams.
- Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to provide direction and clarity.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and continuous value realization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
